The cooling fans are not working on my daughters 1996 Chevy Caprice Classic, with 4.3 L V8 engine. Straight wired the fans and they both work that way. Changed heat sensor , still not working. Help.

The cooling fans are not working . straight wired them and they work .
Changed the thermostat , and sending unit on the water pump. Checked the
fuses and they are both good. I need help

Check both fan RELAYS in black box on passenger side under hood.

Would this keep the temp gauge from working also ? the temp gauge does not move ,
Have a 95 Caprice the temperature gauge stay all the way over like it's running hot but when I check the water in it it not streaming could it be a thermostat in r what
I have a 94 caprice and the fans do not turn On.checked relays one was bad replace it and still not working .heat gauge shows hot .removed relays and jump wire the relay terminals and fans turned on.can someone help.h_valle73@yahoo.com
