My 96 Chevy caprice computer dash keep going in
and out??? I checked all fuses....

You may have to look for a broken ground or bad wiring that is interrupting the circuit, faulty computer module. Check the fuse holder as well, fuse may be good but not it's connection.

if it's a digital display at that age it may be on it's way out , soon you may get an awesome light show , I was told they rebuild them but for the price I went without when I had an older cutlass
