Can I fit a pair 20 inch rims with tire size 245 35 20 on a 2002 s type jaguar 4.0?

I would advise contacting your local tire dealership. They can answer this question over the phone. They check your make and model car for tire clearances and what's the biggest rim/tire combination you can put on it without doing any alterations or damage.
the S-Type will need to have some body work done to use 20's. Look at 18 or 19's.
