I have a 2001 jaguar s type 4.0 and recently changed the spark plugs and ignition coil pack boot covers but when I scanned it it saying cylinder 3 is not getting a current. How do I fix this problem?

It may be the coil pack on number 3,or as you say fuel injector on number 3,the only other thing it would be would be scorched valve on number three.

I've changed the coil packs and spark plugs it's just not getting a current in cylinder 3. I think it may be something wrong with the computer.

It has the check engine light on. When I first went to get it scanned for the codes it was p0300 which is a random cylinder missfire so I decided to change all of the spark plugs and the ignition cool packs along with the boot covers. Then I got it scanned again it then said cylinder 3 wasn't working properly. Thanks for taking the time to respond to my question.
