My 2000 jag s type was running fine when I parked it yesterday but today it just cranks over but will not start. Anyone have any suggestions?

I would start with all the basics. Like Checking to see if you have fuel, check to see that the fuel gauge works correctly. Check Fuel pump, or the filter could be clogged. Check fusses. Check for spark. Also a plugged air filter will cause a car not to start. Question do you have any check engine lights ? Check to see if your injectors are working. You may need a noid light. Hope this helps.
