Does IMV valuation take into account reported mechanical issues or just reported accidents?
Regarding listed vehicle. Compared IMV value with other same year vehicles
with more mileage, but no reported accidents.

Reported mechanical issues and accidents are considered as long as they show on the car's history.
OK. This suggests that the fact that the car is not running is not considered since that is in the description, but not the history. Is this correct?

I called a dealer about an advertised, under market price, car. I was told they had a deposit on the car. Two weeks later the car is still being advertised. Is this a gimmick?
