will a 1997 Z24 motor and tranny fit in a 1996 LS

I have a 1997 Z24 with a rusted out Frame and I have a 1996 LS with a bad motor. I was wondering if I could use the motor and tranny from the Z24 in my 96 LS

Yes, you can. J-body forum members have done this in the past and have how-to's on what you need and how you complete the swap.
