2001 GMC Sierra 1500 low beams don't work

Which fuse is it, or where is the breaker located?

Note the diagram, two fuses for right and left side headlamps, hi and lo beams one side use the same fuse. In the diagram, at the head lamp, the top wire is voltage, the bottom wire is ground, check them both. Hi and lo beams are grounded through the dimmer switch. May be problem with dimmer switch? Can use test light to see if your missing voltage or ground.
