coolant leak into engine

Had an oil leak. Shop replaced my "oil cooler lines to pan Gasket". Within a couple days
I've ended up with coolant in the engine. Could the problem be related to the original
repair?

IMO there is an excellent chance however before you pursue further .. I would take it to a different shop to have a certified evaluation done. Good Luck
