my hazard light button is broken could this be why my turning signals don't work?

from one day to next I have no turn signals. checked the fuses, the bulbs changed the
flasher. no luck  while checking I realized I have no hazard switch or its pushed in so
much I can't see it.

Undo your flasher for your hazard light,may help.There are two,one for blinker and one for flasher.

turned out to be the turn signal switch. the hazard switch had a broken part. also the lumina has a combination flasher.
