Is it my transmission or other?

My 2001 GMC Sierra 2500HD has the 4L80E
transmission and it is stuck jn a gear not sure which
one but it doesn't have reverse or neutral either and
when j put it in Park it still wants to go forward the
speedometer isn't working either

Sounds electrical. Could be the shift solenoid pack, gear selector switch, TCM or even wiring. A good transmission shop can do stand alone testing and then tell you what it actually is.
