Their is air coming out my vents but the
compressor  isnt coming on  what could it be.

Low charge, blown fuse, bad clutch coil, poor connection...etc. See this post to troubleshoot compressor clutch not engaging. https://ricksfreeautorepairadvice.com/compressor-clutch-not-engaging/
