How do I use 2 on/off toggle switches to operate
the high/low beams on a 96 Chevrolet Tahoe

You would be better off just replacing the headlight switch and the hi/lo switch.

Do you know where I can find a diagram and list of the fuses,circuits and relays. My main concern is the wires and fuses under the dash on the firewall? Thanks so much
