i am replacing my 1996 chevy tahoe engine with a 1998 gmc yukon engin

block cracked on tahoe its a 350 vortec i found a gmc yukon 350 engine 4 bolt  
my question is i want to know can i just keep the intake of the yukon and just
take the computer and harness instead up using my intake and spening more
money to get my heads pressure checked

I believe it is all the same, just do the motor swap. Both are OBDII computers, both are GM, both are 5.7L Vortec motors.
