Can't find relay

It has no mention in the owners manual of this relay Chapter 6 Page 65 - http://www.vadengmpp.com/owners-manual/chevrolet/1995-Chevrolet-Astro.pdf

I can't vouch for that picture. When I looked again whomever drew the arrows has the blue one 'fuel pump test lead' pointing at the A/C Receiver/Dryer.

put the gas pump to change the relay of the pump but it does not turn on, it also has the relays that are seen in the photo. They all have to click when they turn on. the car? my car is an astro LT 93
