Wiring with 2grounds

Why would positive have 2grounds

Need more info, What component are you talking about? You don't ever run positive voltage straight to ground. At the least it will blow the fuse, at most it will smoke the wiring circuit. I have seen components with two grounds, the component could be grounded two different ways. As an example, some horns can be grounded by the horn switch or the security system.
