car turns over but wont start

the first thing i noticed was it stalled out the one day while idling i didnt think anything of
it then i went somewhere came out to leave and it wouldnt start so we replaced the fuel
pump it started good for a little bit that day i got it home turned it off went to start it and
its doing the same thing it turns over but wont start the check engine light was on before
all this still is i got it checked n i think it said misfire the guy said it needed a tune up
could that fix it

How long has it been since you changed your fuel filter? When you changed your pump it would have been a good idea to change your filter as well. I had the same issue. The misfire could be due to plugged injector or injectors. Running fuel injector cleaner could fix the misfire issue, it takes a little while to work though.
