If I had to guess, I'd say these are two separate problems. Tire pressure sensors must not be communicating, which can mean one of your sensors has a dead battery or has failed. The lock/unlock can quit working when the battery in the fob is dead or the solder joints that hold the battery in the fob go bad. Try replacing the fob battery and try holding the battery tight to the fob and press the lock/unlock (before replacing the back cover) Hope this helps.
