power window relay location

No power to all four windows and switch. Switch is new.

Note the diagram, I see power window circuit breaker, no relay, as such. On the hinge side of driver door, wiring harness, it appears brown wire is voltage from circuit breaker, use a test light to check for voltage. Check the black wire also, that should be ground. Need both voltage and ground. The driver door is opened and closed so much, sometimes those wires break. Could be other issues.
