When I took them.out they were real black n a mechanic said cycl #2 was filing down the plug or something like that I change just the driver side didn't do wires what do I pose to look for when checking wires..also mechanic checked my ege vaccum solenoid it was like taped up with electric tape he said he must've been crack for whoever to tape it up lept it work a lil bit but say it need replace

Yes, replace that. A leaking EGR valve can cause random misfires. I hate taping stuff like that up and I never do it unless I'm just getting by until payday.

N how.would I know if I got bad wires...n crazy part is car may pop here there when idle but when I go to press gas that's when it really u know is Poppin n if I slam down on pedal it will like hesitate n act like it don't want to go then just take off

Now that you said your EGR is taped up, I believe that's the problem. But in checking your wires, make sure the metal part inside the boot is getting to your plug, if not, press the wire further through the boot.
