key won't turn in ignition, noting wrong before. Does anyone know what the problem is? And how to fix.p

wiggle steering wheel and make sure car is in park all the way if automatic trans

Also slightly push key in as you turn. Needs oil and maybe a knock from a hammer without the key to make room for a good knock
