my sorento wont start after replaceing valve cover gaskets due it it jumping about 4 teeth on timing, just cranks and already tried cam and crank sensors what next, i have fuel and spark.

Sounds like something got left somewhere it shouldn't be during the valve cover job. Check the compression and hope that a valve isn't bent.

The thing is it jumped timing on its own which I've read is very common with these cars so even if it bent a valve which it didn't really jump far enough to do damage, it should still run, even if it ran poorly, I can't get it started at all.

The Sportage and Sephia/Spectra are the only "freewheeling engines." The valves do not interfere with the pistons if the timing belt fails. All other Kia engines are "interference engines.” The valves may interfere with the pistons if valve timing is off. The article is from early 2005 and the article number is KT20050302142. I wasn't saying that you left a wrench in the wrong place, even pulling the plugs to inspect them or drain the plugwells after the gasket replacement could cause a similar issue as you've described.
