Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Ok, I'm confused you see because im use to the
container that you fill with water being in front by
the radiator. And in the kia it's in the back and my
neighbor was saying I shouldn't have water in it
that I need antifreeze. So, am I suppose to DRAIN
the water out and refill it with antifreeze
??????????? Help me please...

you don't need to drain the water, and you can have water in the reservoir; if you're using water make sure you're mixing it with the approved coolant for your car AND the water is distilled (no sediment in it- when the water burns off (evaporates) it will leave deposits).

Ok. Thank You. And can you tell me what is the best coolant . And I got this car from DRIVE TIME they didn't really explain. So, if I go to the auto store and buy whatever coolant DO I just post like 1/2 cup or 3/4 cup.And mix it in ???

Usually its a 50/50 mix. Look for the green stuff. And you just fill the unit as needed
