07 ram misfire and runs rough

My 07 ram 1500 5.7 hemi runs rough and misfires
when stopped for to long. It got really bad today
during the rain and didn't want to excelorate.  I've
replaced the ECM all 4 o2 sensors. All spark plugs
and crankshaft position sensor. Usually runs fine
but if I'm stopped in traffic for a while it'll start
rocking and engine light flashes and throws code
for multiple cylinder misfire. Once I start to go it
would stop. I really need help with this matter.

How many miles on your Ram? I wonder if there is an issue with one of the coils?

150,000 and I haven't changed them. I have a code for o2 sensor and I've changed all of them and it won't go away. Took it to a garage but they didn't help any. I think it's an electrical issue but not sure

Had an issue where the 2007 Durango with 5.7 would warm up fine then shake and create a P1416 code after 1-2 minutes driving. Had replaced the MDS on cyl #6 but replaced it again and appears problem is fixed. Seems the first MDS from the dealer was defective.
