2.7 Chrysler 300 2007 Timing gear

I have a 2007 Chrysler 300 2.7 engine. I'm having
trouble my number one piston isn't matching up
with my the timing mark on the gear.the gear
doesn't look like its sheared the pin and moved
also I'm having problem pulling the the gear? Any
advice would be great

Thank you for your help I still don't understand why number one piston doesn't line up with timing marks when it's top dead center timing marks are off by a inch

On my Chrysler 300 i am trying to set the timing marks and when I turn it 4 times and back to top dead center the marks is not matching and what could be the problem

The timing marks are 60 degrees past TDC on this engine I found out in a Haynes Manual
