I have an 07 300c 5.7L. Driver side A/C was blowing warm/hot air while the passenger side was cold. I would hear a clicking sound when turning on the heater/A/C, forgot which one, but learned it could be a stuck actuator door. I'm no expert mechanic but I was able to disassemble my dash, confirmed the actuator was not functioning properly, replaced the actuator, which I pulled from a junk 300 from a local pick a part, and fixed the problem. The whole job costed no more than $50 and that's including a couple extra tools I purchased for the job. Fortunately I grabbed two actuators from the junk yard as now about a year later my passenger side is blowing hot air. The two actuators I got for a total of like $15 from the junk yard and could have returned one for a partial refund as I didn't use it. Glad I didn't because I need it now. If taking this route, grab two if you can. Just in case one doesn't work or if your other one fails later. So if you have the tools or even if you don't, there's some good YouTube videos that can guide you through the disassembly process to check if the actuator is functioning properly. Saved me tons compared to quotes I received, but as always, research thoroughly and use the appropriate tools to simplify the job. Good luck.

I have a 15 Chrysler 300S... Cold air comes out on the driver's side and hot air comes out on passenger side. It does it every winter since I bought it. It eventually starts to work but it takes day sometimes weeks. Its driving me crazy

All, I have an 06 Chrysler 300C with dual climate control. I was experiencing the same issue, Driver side blowing cold air, and passenger side blowing hot air. If you hear any ticking sounds as well, will eventually lead to this problem. The fix is to replace the A/C blend door actuator PN 604-004 at your part store. This is specific to my car. There's a total of 4 actuators on my car. 1 for driver's side climate control, 1 for passengers climate control, 1 for blower, and 1 for the directions; floor, face, defrost... Location: Beneath dash on drivers side 2 actuators (top actuator is for drivers climate, bottom for direction), and 2 actuators beneath dash behind glove compartment (right actuator for blower, left for passenger climate control). Drivers side To access the 2 actuators on the Drivers side, remove the side panels (2), open the door and closest to the door hinge on inside remove the vertical panel, it should clip off. Do the same with the horizontal panel it will expose. Remove 2 screws, one by the panels removed, and one underneath the steering wheel panel. Clip off this panel and it will expose a metal plate. Remove the 4 screws securing the plate. Looking inside on the right side you will see the 2 actuators. Passengers side Open glove box, remove the string on the right side. Then open the glove box then on the ends of the glove box there are stops. Push those stops in until it's free. Remove glove box and you will expose 2 actuators right and left. Replace Actuators Remove red clips with a flathead, press the middle black button on the connector and pull away from actuator. Remove 3 screws holding actuator. Place new actuator secure with 3 screws connect the required cable/connector and insert red clip.
