what is this fuse for?

what is this fuse for? the one on the side of the
pole. I think it's number 1 but I want to know what
it is.

Your heavy red arrow is pointing to a yellow 20 amp fuse. If this is really position #1, it is for the left side high beam head light. It doesn't look like it is plugged in all the way. The thin red arrow is pointed at a 60 amp maxi fuse which I believe feeds the ignition system. Replace any fuse that doesn't look like new.
