Changing out factory rims and tires

I have a 2001 GMC YUKON.currently has
265/70r16 with a good bit of wheel well space.
I had red that 285/60r18 would be the max
with no running or mods .. What size rims and
tires  can I use that won't require any
modifications ....( not including the differences
in the speedometer reading)

Use an online tire calculator to compare wheel/tire combinations and then make your choice.

I have a question I have a 2001 WJ Grand Cherokee and I want to take you rims and tires off which are basically brand-new and put them on my 2001 GMC Yukon SLT I know the bolt patterns of different I can I do it?
