Stabilitrak issues.

I have a 2007 Yukon it's been sitting for a while
because the transmission went out I just put a new
transmission in it started it up put it and let it go
thru the gears while on jack stands to get fluid
pumped through the transmission. The stabilitrak
and traction control light came on and bow the
transmission won't engage into any gear. What
sensor would do that?
