Heater blows cold and cant figure out why?
My 2001 GMC Yukon Xl heater only blows cold but
rear heater blows luke warm. Checked all fluids
and all full

it could be a plugged heater core. after you GMC gets to temp turn on your heater to high. you will have to hoses going into your firewall 1 is an inlet the other is your output. fell both of them if one is hot and the other is cool then you have a plug heater core

My front heater has just stopped working. I've checked the antifreeze, filled it, and still cold air. The rear cab vents blow heat just fine. What could my next step be to have checked?

The rear air works fine, the a/c is cold, and the heater is hot. Just can't get anything to blow out the face or feet vents in front, only defrost.
