Need to determine if there is spark first, and if there is spark then check the fuel pressure. Need to know where to look first.

Pull a spark plug wire, and put a spark plug on it, lay it across something metal, ground, have someone turn the engine over and watch for spark at the spark plug. The spark should be white in color, not orange.

If there is spark you do not want to be hanging onto the spark plug or wire, you may get a good jolt.
