Car won’t start

Asked by GuruSZCJY May 13, 2019 at 12:25 PM about the 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser Limited Wagon FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I️ have a 2007 pt cruiser limited my car won’t
start and I️ had a few people that worked on
my car tell me it was my fuel pump. The rpm
would spike whenever I️ tried to accelerate (
especially getting on the freeway) before it
goes back to normal. I️ took it to a shop and
the mechanic said my fuel pump runs but the
car won’t start (?) At this point idk y the car
won’t start other than it being the fuel pump,
any ideas?
