my car wont start after an hour, after its been running

ok, so me and my friend just went to go look at a saturn, 2000 ls, and the
owner says that after 30 mins of the car being started, it will not turn back on
until and hour, if i turn it off. what is the problem? please help

turn over or start/ run??? if its not turing over >when hot check the starter solenoid..
