What does trac light thats on the dash mean in a 2000 saturn it stays lit all the time

Probably a bad sensor at one or both of the front wheels. The sensor is built into the wheel bearing. Also Che cke the wire coming out of the wheel bearing along the lower control arm to the body, for cuts, nicks, corrosion or breaks. Very common.
