how do I check the transmission fluid in a 2000 Saturn Ls2

Warm up engine - raise vehicle remove fluid check screw If fluid comes out while running wait till it stops and plug it (was over filled) If not fluid comes out add fluid into fill port until it does - wait for it to stop and you are full. This is done with engine running!.
