I have a 2002 Saturn that has a faulty fuel pump

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

We checked the relays and fuses and they
all work.  We also tried to submerge the
pump on a bucket of gas and connect it to
the power supply to see if that works.  Still
isn't drawing gas up the pump.  Wondering
why it seems like there is no power getting
to the pump

We got a different fuel pump and that one doesn't work either. If we were to check for power which connecting do we use with a multimeter
