Where can i find upgrade parts that will fit or be a
good fit with minor fab work if any

For a 1995 Saturn? It is 22 years old, a 4 door made by a company that is out of business. I think I would start with a more customizable vehicle.

I believe there's still a website out there for Saturn owners called saturnalia go ahead and look that up I'm sure there's somebody there will steer you in the right direction and it doesn't matter how old the vehicle is if they're still around GM and other places make parts for them!
