Asked by John Feb 20, 2013 at 04:28 PM about the 1996 Saturn S-Series 4 Dr SW1 Wagon

Parked my 96 Saturn wagon a yr ago was running when i parked it had no fuel in it so i put about 10 gal in tank went to start it it will crank but no start checked plug wires and got no spark so i replaced plug wires and still no go also replaced ignition coil and still nothing running out of idea's.

When you turn the key to accessory, can you hear the fuel pump start to run?

You need to figure out why the pump isnt kicking on. Could be a bad pump, but id check your fuel pump fuse first, then work your way back to the pump electrically.

Checked fuses all good wires seem fine so thinking time for a fuel pump. : - (
