what transmisson will fit a 1997 saturn

to do an operation like that and put in a used tranny that can go bad at any time doesn't make sense to me , unless you're in love with the car I'd say it's time to junk it and find something else , it's 20 years old and not really a classic

I would say find a junkyard that has a lot of Saturn's and then pick one with low miles that is the exact same match and model of your vehicle and have have the guys at the junkyard pull it off for you out of the car and then have it installed it probably wouldn't be so expensive as a rebuild if you want to keep the vehicle?
