dont have a owners Manuel for my new purchase( 2016) OF A 1998 SATURN SC, WHAT ARE THE THERE SQUARE BUTTONS ON TOP OF RADIO FOR, AND WHERE CAN I GET A MANUAL

Those are controlling the options that you would have in your car rear defog etc. Or if you have no options they would just be blank. Check online for an owner's manual or a shop manual.

Unless the car was top of line (which was rare for these) most SL's and SC's will have only one button that actually has a function. The middle button will be for the rear defrost. The other two buttons were equipped if the car had heated leather seats (less than 350 SC's and SL's were equipped with this option) I hope that his helps!

Never knew that about the heated leather seats. Honestly never knew that was an option ever (and when I'm cold, the parts of my body in contact with a seat are usually the ones I'm least concerned about, but I digress) The left hand button is often for the driving lights, an option that many SC's as well as some SL's and SW's.

I know what 2 of them are, rear def. And fog lights.
