1998 saturn. why is there iol in my coolant

I have waterbin my coolant but not in my oil

Usually the dreaded head gasket..sorry don't shoot me just the messenger. Is it real bad?

Is that a typo on the bottom...should say oil not water? It's reverse from the title

Ok wrong picture, but I will leave it up to compare... top is oil cap this is radiator
