What causes the front end of my saturn to shake

Normally when your car shakes, it typically breaks, rotors or you need tires balanced. My car did the same thing, but got the brakes changed, rotors turned and re surfaced then got tires done recently. No more shaking.

My saturn ls200 has shaking and when i turn the left front wheel rub so how can i stop the shaking and rubing
