Saturn spark plug an piston problems

When I was driving the car is started making
a tapping noise found out it blew out my
number one spark plug

If the threads are damaged it will need a "time-sert". Do a search for information on a "time- sert". If the plug just came out due to not being properly tightened a thread chaser may be needed to clean up the threads before reinstalling the spark plug. A heli-coil is generally not a proper repair for damaged spark plug threads.

You would not necessarily need to pull the head to do a time-sert.
