On the 2002 L300, there is a relay module mounted in front of the battery. Inside is a circuit board with relays, diodes, etc. GM still carries this part and it called a fan relay module. However, if you trace the leads, they go to the headlights, marker lights and turn signal lights. It costs about $200 and unfortunately, the components are soldered into the board so the entire module must be replaced.
