02 saturn sl leaking engine oil in to trans axle

checked trans axle level and has elevated 3 times what it should be possibly (I believe) engine oil forcing to transaxle. what is cause or solution?

OK. I doubt you are getting engine oil in the transaxle, the two fliuds are never close to each other. The tranny coolant lines run through the cooling coil in the rad. The line pressure on the tranny would push tranny fluid into the coolant if that leaked. I have no idea how you are gaining fluid. Are you checking the fluid cold then later after it warms up. Always check for proper level when warm.

checking while warm. I bough the car in July for economy and because my wife drove a 99 SL2 for 13 years , this gives me more info so I will service it this weekend and get backwith you, thank you for your support.

Yah best bet would be to get a tranny pan gasket and filter and drain the fluid. You'll be able to tell right away if it's water.
