I have a 77 F150, 351V8, rear wheel drive, C6 transmission. You can pull up to a stop sign and it will slip in 1st gear. You gas it to pull off, the engine turns, then the gear grabs. Ideas? 3 Answers

It has not ran out of gas but after awhile a cooling down it will start up and run another 10 miles
