2007 F150 - 5.4L Triton - #8 plug problems.

Changing plugs on my 2007 F150, 5.4L Triton engine. , seems to have an
obstruction keeping the plug socket from seating on the #8 plug (Driver Side
furthest under the firewall). Any suggestion on how to remove the obstruction.
Tried just prying with flat tip screwdriver and reaching with needle nose but its a
bad angle. I have a photo attached.

It has to be a piece of debris, maybe it's wedged between hex part of plug and cylinder head. If you absolutely can't pry it out, you may have to sacrifice a socket, grind out a part of it so socket can fit and turn even if only slightly.
Use a vacuum with a small hose to suck out the debris.
I have 07 5.4l 3v 4wd XLT supercab that I just changed dreaded #8 plug in today. 179K on original Motorcraft Plug. Had a debris issue also that was found to be remnants of the ground strap of plug. With compressed air. Magnet & pick tool was able to clear the issue relatively easy. Along with a huge amount of Patience. I Love Ford trucks, just wish the designing engineers felt the same. Superheated carbon is definitely stronger than the solder used in their junk 3 peice design. But thank you for selling me the $120 extraction kit to excise the plug. Along with anti-seize and a 1 peice design plug to remedy the problem. I now own a $120 paper weight. I apologize for the rant. Compressed air, however controversial, solved my debris problem.
