Have you tried a jump start ? Headlights nice and bright ? Was an alarm system added ? if the batt. is good and charged and the terminals are clean and tight then it may be the starter or starter relay not sure if a 95 would have one , I think you have to practically remove the starter to see if the solenoid is getting juice when you hit the key

Cable ends and everything clean and tight, lights on bright. Just like it's missing fire from somewhere and none of my dashboard lights are coming on

Everything goes out doesn't make a sound at all

then I would say remove the alarm system and get it all back to original
First put the Parking Brake on. Turn the ignition switch on, but not all way to start. Pull the gear shift into Neutral. This MIGHT WORK. Mine does this some times.
