I have 06 mercury mountaineer I change the master cylinder and bleed the master cylinder and bleed all 4 wheel. my brakes still feel like i have air In them , what else can i do pressure?

When you bled the master, did you bench bleed it first before putting it on? And was the old master dry of fluid at anytime before taking it off?
Connect a hose to bleed screw and submerge in cup wth brake fluid. Pump brakes until fresh fluid comes out. Then you know that there is no air.
You may need to repeat the bleed process a few times before you are happy with your results. As the others pointed out, it appears like there is still air in your system and both the master and each wheel need to be bled again. Good news is that doing this will not harm your vehicle in any way and, as long as you have no leaks, it will eventually work properly. Good luck and let us know how you do.
See, what I was getting at is if he pumped air from a dry master into the system, then the ABS unit would have to be bled with a code analyzer that can communicate with the ABS system to work its internal solenoids to bleed the air out. You can not bleed a ABS unit manually, no matter how many bottles of break fluid you bleed threw.
