making a body kit with rain gutters?
Does anyone think it is possible? Perhaps bending it to shape with a heat gun? I heard you could bend them and I heard you couldn't. Im not to concerned if the material is not the same im sure the paint and clear coat will take care of that.

that is what I meant. even using a heat gun I was told that you could and couldn't bend a rain gutter but I ten to beat the odds either way. I think with some work you could make it look nice. WITH some work. Besides, with no body kits out there for a Baja (I couldn't find any anyway) It might make for an interesting weekend project. just an idea at the moment tho.
Try Googling your car with body kit in it. There are a few.

The anwser is yes, you can bend the abs gutters, I used them for my side skirts, and also making a splitter tomorrow for the front bumper, my plan is to get conduit pipe, bend it to shape, than firm the splitter by using the heat gun to morph the gutter into shape, if you want to see my work you can see on facebook at "hr pentico"
